Whilst the bride and groom take centre stage during the wedding, it is the cake which is the centrepiece of the wedding reception and choosing a wedding cake should start at least six months before your wedding to ensure that you get it right.  The shape and size of the cake is the first consideration according to the number of guests you need to cater for.  Then comes the fun bit of selecting the right design for your wedding.  We can offer all shapes and sizes and also have a comprehensive list of recipes to suit your requirements.  We can customise the cake to co-ordinate with your wedding theme and colours, choose a traditional tiered cake, contemporary stacked cake or the ever popular cupcakes.  We can use sugar flowers, fresh flowers or silk flowers or for a more modern design, other decorations can be used.
